✖ To anyone who deals with a friend, partner, family member, etc. that suffers from depression, suicidal thoughts or any mental health issue, I would like to give some advice to you, I am an individual who has frequent suicidal thoughts and extremely low self esteem so I am only speaking from my experience. ☆ NEVER. Sorry as of late for no journal updates. I've been going through a time of lethargy and school depression. My mind's been constantly racing and I can't wrap my head around anything with logical standpoints that explains how much of a block on writing I have felt. Ever since I had to reformat my laptop, recording has become a technical impossibility. I'm constantly exhausted when at home, winding down from the long, difficult, arduous school day revolving around 7 hours of tedious work and scarfing down the latest gruel.
